Both the Phalanx and Goalkeeper were deemed obsolete by the developing country. Goalkeeper is being replaced by the combined millennium gun and RAM. The Phalanx is being replaced by SeaRAM. So they are being replaced by dual use smart ammunition. My choice would be the super rapid 76 by otomelara. As it packs a punch against surface targets and is one of the best close in air interceptors.
