@@mercadolinhoazul8700 It supports VPN (L2TP, OpenVPN, etc., as client and as a server) and it supports VLANs (but they are computed by CPU, so pay attention to what you do). Basically the question is incorrect - you should ask "does RouterOS supports VPNs and VLANs?".

What is the name of the small connector type on the LTE card? Do you have any off the shelf part to recommend to achieve this mod?

Mikrotik actually makes the cable that allows you to connect the LTE card to an external plug: mikrotik.com/product/acsmaufl You will need 2 of them.
