my user manager frequently stops working, when i try to login as an admin it shows "incorrect user name and password, and when i try to login as user it shows Radius server not responding, I tried to view and reset password using terminal, but it says "F lags: X-disabled, database is not accessible yet, i loss every thing, what to do??

yes u need to set different users...it will work as your backup...log in to your winbox and go to system>users set different users with different passwords..when the admin user is not logging in.u will use the other user to log in

short answer you cant, hap lite is smips so it cannot support this package. but you can create users in the hotspot setting under users. you can also use a handy application , userman google it
