Some curious questions @TKSJa: 1. how have you seen the impact ion performance on lower-end mkt devices (hEX, hEX lite, old 750's, etc) and; 2. up to how many rules (using Layer7) have you been able to use in mangle on CCR (any you have tested) devices before a noticable impact on latency? nice simple videos, keep up the good work

I want to asking about this limited bandwidth with schedule: 1. I want to limit all streaming video whatever that's video can i? 2. Also want to limit from 8AM-12PM bypass until 1PM, then lock again from 1PM - 5PM this setting i also want to include all the LAN and WIFI. Except the MAC ADDRESS i specified can be done like that? 3. Want to limit download for MP3 also. Thank you for your reply hopefully will get the answer from you.

8M is the max speed that a client can achieve and it's also the max for traffic going through that queue. You can adjust yours as necessary.

P2p uses both UDP and tcp, so you have to limit the udp traffic for the user too.

Prioritizing gaming is not as simple as you think. The only way to queue games is to identify all the ports, urls and ip used by the games to communicate with their server. Then you can create mangle rules and queue for them.

The drawback with RouterOs is that it doesn't have deep pocket inspection which it difficult to classify traffic. You will have to block the URLs specifically for each site. Check out my video on blocking sites they should be helpful.

KZbin has implemented a new protocol call QIC that uses UDP on port 443. You might need to modify the rules.
