Great kit, obviously many years of research gone into this. A polite suggestion - when showing items can you slow down, and very clearly name the product and manufacturers make. For people who don't know the products it's hard to follow. Perhaps edit the details onto the screen as you go along. I know that would be more work, but hugely beneficial to newcomers. Great work all the same. Thanks for sharing

You unlike many, realise the heat build up from backpacks in summer. I use similar to your set up in summer. I use my old issue ALICE LBE. Dropped the ammo pouches. Kept 2 water bottles and butt pack. Winter time it's just better sleep gear tied on top like you have basically. I use an old British NBC roll to clip on. Look them up basic and you could easily sew similar together. But I can get a down bag, a thick mill issue bivi bag, groundsheet ( cheap harbour freight type tarp ) tarp and a sea to summit air matress in it. Old style ALICE butt pack, and an old harness to destroy. Take the harness clips close them onto the eyelets with pliers. You can now out a shoulder strap clip on clip off. Or with 2 carribeeners you can 1. Clip it on top of an Alice butt pack to the harness clips or, 2. Clip ir as an extra onto molle belt set up by just using the caribeener around any of the molle/ palles straps above your pouches at the rear.

Tbh if you were carrying that water filter bag by a caribeener full, I'd expect that to break. I'd consider you'd be better off running a pouch up to carry it full in. Or have a dump pouch to carry it in full

The thin waistbelt the pack comes with is really to flimsy to hold any weight, I cut it off and weave a GI pistolbelt thru the slot..works fine..

​@procaliberhq maybe look at a GSR gas mask case, British. I have one I alternate between my pack and molle padded belt. It molles on with the molle webbing. Plus the clips for the shoulder strap go into D rings on the rear. Which is perfect to run a harness through if tou want to use it as a butt pack. Versatile kit. Butt pack today, extra pouch of decent size on a backpack to extend it. Or just as a shoulder strap haversack for a stroll or in addition to your pack or webbing.

Have that Molly waist pack, been organizing it for spring/ summer. Really like it, attach my canteen to it. Carry my primary belt knife on my person. Also like to carry a chopper, or short machete, this pack is perfect for that. Headlamp, fire kit poncho. Of course stuff in my pockets and cordage, good video
