Had the pleasure to try out the new Milab VIP-60 to record a really raw and nasty punk rock song. With all the tonal choices it comes with it's really easy to shape the sound and it works great on multiple sources.

Wow this was killer! Would love to see and hear some more in depth narration on the work that went into the drums. Like drum choice, mic positioning, if the drummer was asked to play a certain way to accommodate the micing style, what kind of creative mixing it took to get a balanced drum sound amongst the rest of the mix. Sounded wonderful!

Dang you really brought those drums to life! I really enjoy the sort of real time talk about the mic positions and polar patterns. Seeing not just how to use a mic's polar pattern but WHY you use certain ones etc.
