My father always made risotto Milanese, for us, loved when he cooked for me and my mama, both were great cooks, now I keep the tradition the way I was taught, very important 👍❤🇮🇹🌹🐎 2:10

I love Lydia and her cooking. I believe she is one of the very best cooks on television. I enjoy watching her every week on PBS. Wonderful cook and a class act!

That’s a very popular dish in Brazil (Southeast states). There is a huge Italian community in São Paulo state. Another great Italian community in Taubaté (Quiririm). There is a grand food and culture festival every end of April or middle May. Tons of Italian food, dancing, and happiness. ❤. Here in NorCal there is an Italian food festival in Monterey, CA. Great dishes.

Looking back it was alot of work. You really don't cook like that now.

@loissutton8226: Honestly, how would you know if she really cooks like that? Just because you think bring home a bucket of KFC, some Big Macs or Arby’s Classic is fine dining doesn’t mean everyone does. If you don’t like her program, do what people do with you: ignore and move on. Lidia’s whole life is cooking so preparing a meal like this is not unlikely. Please don’t insult her when cooking to you is heating up a TV dinner.
