Blessed with amazing weather this December 4/5 2021 tour while only containing a small amount of guests turned out to be a beauty. We can thank Covid for a few late cancellations. The creeks and rivers where higher than normal, after we drowned two bikes in one creek we made the decision to change our route, essentially riding our regular route in reverse. This proved to be a great decision, riding our in reverse was a pleasant surprise for the crew, it was quickly pointed out that perhaps this was in fact a better route for future tours. The great news is we have plenty of variety and so many great routes to choose from.
Thanks to my guests, Tim, Andrew, Will and Jamie for allowing us to show the the High Country. Thanks for for your patience it's actually been over a year since the tour, you could say 2022 was a busy year in my other job as a designer and owner of Brown Ink Design. Thanks also to my amazing crew, Paul, Dickie and Graeme.

Better late than never. I would have loved doing that ride 20 yrs ago when I was a little (lot) younger and fitter.

@@MileMunchinAdventures ha! At 68 I may not be too old but definitely too lazy to keep the fitness to enjoy proper dirt riding anymore.

I hit a rock in that river crossing where the T7 went down & almost dropped the WR, remember it well as the guys were all stopped in the same area where you had lunch

Been hanging out for this one. That was our group that caught up to you at Eaglevale and later blasting up Harts Spur. Funny how you forget thing. Like the guy on the horses and the school girl hikers everywhere (and a king way from anywhere to be on foot) Good job Rodney. 👍

Gidday Brendan, yes it’s taken me plenty of time to get this video done. It’s always good to look back on the video content, it’s too easy to forget. I enjoy documenting the tours but it takes so much time.🤦👍🙏

Watching that video makes me just want to get on the bike and do that ride! (Again 😁) Just by watching that video, I think the creeks were a bit deeper when we did it. Thanks Rodney for the video and the recent ride we did. You guys did a great job, throughly enjoyed!

Awesome Video. That suspension bridge holy crap. Did you have to remove the plugs on the T7? I noticed you were a fair way there in the video. Ive done it in the garage what a nightmare. Keep up the good work. 👍
@MileMunchinAdventures
@MileMunchinAdventures Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching, yes we had to remove the plugs. The reason the whole process took so long was because Jamie’s bike didn’t have the wires ‘hack’ yet which requires a plastic wiring holder removed and the wires lifted up out of the way. Yep it’s a nightmare with the T7. I’ve done the hack on my T7 so now I can change the plugs in 45 minutes. 👍😬

@@MileMunchinAdventures Yeah, I did the hack as well while I was in there. Still having counselling about the LHS Plug removal. 🤣🤣

I hear you, I ended up coming in from the top and pulled it out through the top. I had a spark plug tool that worked well, but it was still difficult.😜

It’s not mine either that’s why Dozer is my go to bike, even though I’ve ridden the track on the T7, the only but that scares me are the deeper creek crossings. 😜🍺
