The first time I ever heard of Miles Davis was in art class in 7th grade and our teacher put on Right Off from Miles on and it blew our minds and we were digging Hendrix and Zepplin and Zappa and Supremes and Sabbath and Temptations at that time! So go figure :)

John Mclaughlin is a killer Guitarist. All those guys are. Larry Coryell, Al Dimiola, all those guys are killers. Santana. All of um :D. Boy was i blessed to hear it all.

This might be the most un-listenable Miles Davis group ever...In any case they don't even play the riff that John McLaughlin created from the 'Jack Johnson' session...That was the basis for the song.
