Great Video!! I Daily Drive a Macan, and I agree with you. I opted out of the sunroof because it shaved about 200lbs of weight off the car, and body rigidity is better. Keep in mind that even though those other vehicles may list sightly lower 0-60 numbers, Porsche has always been reserved with their numbers, and in reality they are a lot quicker. One of the Best vehicles that I have owned.

I love the Macan GTS, I don't like big and heavy SUVs, but I do like the SUV body style, it's just the most practical body style, so this Macan size is perfect, and to have it be a Porsche on this spec and this sound? Wonderful.

I had a macan base 2 years ago. Nice ride but so many issues/recalls. Especially the noise from the steering wheel column, they had to lubricate every 4 months. The new Macan is improved. Yesterday, I managed to grab the last allocation slot my deader had for a 2023 Macan GTS. It's such a deal to pass. Unfortunately, the only way to get the python green is to buy the GTS package ~$12.000 AND the green python color on top ~$3200. So I chose the grey. This is why you don't see many green. It's way cheaper for a 911, you are not forced to buy any $12.000 package on top. Very nice review.

There’s no Android auto and Bose is not standard, nor is blind spot monitoring - unless I’m mistaken, but I’ve been playing in the configuration for the last couple months. Test drove one this morning. Liked it a lot

It’s definitely not a sorry attempt of an SUV, the Macan is really just a smaller Cayenne, it competes in a large segment, the BMW X3, Mercedes Benz GLC, Range Rover Velar, Maserati Grecale, Genesis GV70. So the Macan does pretty well amongst its competition.

Good review but it's not a push to pass button with extra power, it's called sport response and it goes to Sport+ for 20 seconds. Also, the yellow carbon brakes are no longer available in the US (maybe everywhere).

I have a 2020 Macan S. I like the GTS but am not a fan of the green color or without ventilated front seats. Mine has them and I love them. The GTS isn't a twin-turbo like you said it's a twin-spun turbo. Also, you forgot to mention a very nice manual shifting feature with a single up & down shifter. You don't need to use the paddle shifters in manual mode. Not all Porsche has this option but the Macan does and I love it. In addition, you failed to mention that the GTS comes standard with surface-coated brakes that are better than iron. The press of the button is called push to pass just like in Indy car. You could have talked more about the PDK. I have the thermally and noise-insulated glass in my Macan S it's worth the upgrade. Also, Porsche outhandles the competition. Thanks for the review. I give you 3.5 stars could have been better.

The suspension tuning separates it from the Macan S - it feels more planted through corners. The extra power doesn't hurt, and the styling is preferential, but I'd get the GTS for the handling.

Don't think there is an adjustment for that, likely have to get to a GT3 RS for that sort of thing. Check you tire pressure in the dash display...

Spare tires are like unobtainium these days. Every other oem goes on about saving weight etc (code for they save money, you pay the same amount). The sports car OEM gives the customer what they need because they know that the weight does not matter and having to wait for a tow and a tire shop in the middle of nowhere is not a good experience.

You are partially right. Car and Driver tested it and got 3.5sec. I think Porsche claims 4.3 or with sport chrono at 4.1sec.
