Honest question here, what makes audi so special? Dont have good knowledge on cars so was wondering why its sought out since its an expensive car
@gaara46672 ай бұрын
@@fauzannizar897 Quattro which their all wheel drive system. It gained notoriety because of their motorsport past. They have/had good sports cars in the past. The RS3, RS4, RS5, RS6, RS7, R8 and TTRS. They’re German so they’re perceived as luxurious. People like them because it’s apparently understated, not flashy like BMW and Mercedes(apparently). The also had great engines in their cars. R8 with the naturally aspirated V10 shared with a LAMBORGHINI HURACAN. A 2.5L 5 cylinder that’s in a lot of their cars such as RS3 and TTRS and it has GREAT tuning potential. RS3 or TTRS you see on the road is either stock of 1000hp there’s no in between 🤣. They made a Q7 with a V12 diesel engine that had torque for days, 1000nm to be specific or 737 lb-ft. Their 4L twin turbo V8 is great too and it’s shared with different brand in the VW group like Porsche’s Cayenne and Panamera and Bentley’s suv, limousine and coupe. All in all, all Germans offer something different, you just gotta personally dip your toes in one of the brands and find out what you like or dislike.

Love the Audi but they cheaped out a bit on the interior as you pointed out. Why not contrast stitching and perforated leather? Totally over piano black trim, go with carbon fiber or aluminum etc etc.. great video!

If you're driving this and expecting to comfortably carry adults in the back that are over 5'8" or so, you've bought the wrong car. This is the same size as a VW Jetta and is meant for solo drive, or kids in the back. It sucks that Audi price cuts materials in this 63K+ car but it's on MQB not MLB so you get what you get. Still a legendary car.
@clubracer63 ай бұрын
I think the Jetta has a bigger back seat. I’m 6’2” and fit well in the back of my GLI just fine.

@aeternus56332 ай бұрын
I'm 6'2 and if i sit behind the drivers seat (from the way I had it set up for a 6'2 driver) it was cramped but I fit. I probably would need a really good stretch after an hour as my knees were against the back of the seat but I had enough headroom (barely) and my legs did fit fine. Not saying you're wrong if you're going to regularly be transporting adults, just providing a counter example that we're not talking like "back of a 911" cramped.
