I find I lean heavily on the 'Round Midnight figure in my playing. It's one of Bert Ligons 3 harmonic "outlines" and gives the possibility of seemingly endless variations

wikipedia (Milestones_(instrumental_composition)) says "...The song's modes consist of G Dorian for 16 bars, A Aeolian for another 16 bars...", what about this concept ?
