Miley is a phenomenal young talent, one of the most versatile artists of our time, a real musical genre chameleon! People's perceptions of Miley are often tainted by their prejudicial perspective of the negative media narrative that she receives and lose focus of what fantastic vocalist she is. Personally I love her interpretation of the Covers she does and her spin on them. Love her or hate her, she can sing period!! Miley Cyrus at heart is an old soul and it's obvious by the Covers that she does, she is influenced and inspired by some of the greatest musicians and artists of yesteryear!

Love your reaction to Miley Cyrus... she's one of a kind... Thank you for not judging her. She wrote a song called "I Used to be Young." If you haven't heard the song, please react to it. Thank you a whole bunch!!!

Maybe by Janis Joplin, Doll Parts by Hole, Miley with Metallica on Howard Stern, Maneater, Miley with Shawn Mendez, and she did a duo with her sister called I Got So High That I Saw Jesus. All are well worth checking out. She is the real deal.

She wasn’t handled to her all the achievements she had younger years. Actually her talent won her audition and she was the reason that HM was that successful. Because this girl can sing live and tour at 12

Oh man right, for the absolute best vocal style and range you need to see and hear the real deal--Beth f@cking Hart and Joe Bonamassa: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXfTmaifgt10bas That performance is from Beth's guest appearance at Joe's 2011 "Live at the Beacon Theatre" concert in NYC. That concert was released was released as a live album and comes from the time of Beth and Joe's first studio collaboration, "Don't Explain," in 2011. (Also, see Orlock comment below) Here are 10 suggestions to get you oriented into BETH HART'S discography: 1) “Caught Out in The Rain” (from 2018 Royal Albert Hall concert in London; original song about an unhealthy relationship with a dangerous man): kzbin.info/www/bejne/oqvHe5ltfdanqs0 2) “I’d Rather Go Blind” (with Joe Bonamassa; from the 2013 ‘Live in Amsterdam’ concert; Etta James cover): kzbin.info/www/bejne/i3arqIKViqqjbaM 3) “Am I The One” (original song from Beth’s epic 2004 performance at ‘Live at Paradiso’): kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4PSYmxnl8yjbc0 4) “A Change is Gonna Come” (from Beth’s neighborhood night club, the Echoplex in LA in 2010; Sam Cooke cover): kzbin.info/www/bejne/h5-sfWt3gLyFhLM 5) "Leave The Light On" (from 2018 RAH; song about her turbulent childhood): kzbin.info/www/bejne/e4XNaZ6Og6anq6c 6) “Whole Lotta Love” (from the 2004 ‘Live at Paradiso’ concert; Led Zeppelin cover): kzbin.info/www/bejne/aYauiYNtl6aab6M 7) “Skin” (from Dutch TV ‘2 Meter Sessions,’ 1999; song about the death of an older sister from AIDS): kzbin.info/www/bejne/l52Qk2etrZiZa5Y 8) “Sister Heroine” (from 2018 RAH; song about losing an older sister Sharon): kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4WakI2GfqaieZY 9) “Mama” (from 2004 Live at Paradiso; song about her mother of course): kzbin.info/www/bejne/p2Onh5SJebKFg8k 10) “Broken and Ugly” (Live in studio from “2006 Rehearsals at Center Staging,” CA; includes “War Pigs” breakdown): kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZSlioelgbqJe9U

The original version was written for Bobby "Blue" Bland in 1959. The original recorded version is musically horrible in my opinion. His live versions are better. The instrumentation of this cover come from the Joe Bonamassa and Beth Hart version. The Drake and Rihanna version, called Take Care, came out about three months after the Joe Bonamassa and Beth Hart version.

What is this??? She´s trying to do it exactly like Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa did this song., but she´s not even close. This just shows how good Beth and Joe are. If you are impressed by this you have to listen to Beth and Joe´s version.

No need to disregard Miley's talent to try and uplift other people. By the way, I've listened to multiple live performances of Beth and Joe, and not once did I hear Beth riff like Miley did toward the end of the song. So no, she didn't try to replicate exactly what they did. She added her own twist to it.
