If any of y’all didn’t know, Miley’s had a lot of the same band members since she was doing Hannah Montana. That guitarist in the denim shirt has been in her band since day 1. You can see him in her old live videos and even in her music vid for Start All Over (2007/08). It is so sweet to see that he’s been there supporting her this whole time, and in this video he looks at her and has the warmest smile as he keeps playing. I don’t think Billy Ray couldn’t be more proud of her daughter. Imagine being a legend country singer and creating an even BIGGER legend like Miley. Me and Miley are the same age. I remember listening to this song when it first released. LOVED IT. Always had a huge crush on her while simultaneously loving her music. As a guy you couldn’t admit to liking Miley without being made fun of lol. I remember some kids in class stole my iPod and went through my songs and made fun of me relentlessly. But now in 2023 Miley has achieved legendary status. Everyone loves her. Still have a crush on her lol.

Miley was a bit nuts during that era, but she definitely wrote a few songs on that album that really spoke to me... like My Darling, FU, and Drive definitely helped me during some rough love life moments. But Bangers was definitely my favorite Miley era
