I feel that almost anyone over the age of innocence can relate to this song. Heatbreaks, regrets, losing those you love, both to death and relationships. All life in general. If you are young, you will undoubtedly go through some if not all of these. If you are older, then you can relate to this song. It spans generation after generation. I was never a big Miley fan. My health has robbed me of the wild young and free days that Miley describes. Between my health issues, depression and more, I’ve never had wild and free days. Exactly. Growing up a star in Hollywood and the fickle music world is never easy. She had an identity crisis and broke free from her Disney beginning but went a bit too wild.
