कर्नल करिअप्पा की मां का कारगिल युद्ध से एक महीने पहले ही निधन हुआ था. मां के निधन के बाद वह कारगिल पहुंचे और वह युद्ध के मैदान में डटे रहे. करिअप्पा कहते हैं कि मेरी इच्छा युद्ध के मैदान से अपने सभी जवानों को वापस ले जाने की थी.

करियप्पा sir ने पंवार साहब की family को हेल्प करने वाले आदमी को गले लगकर धन्यवाद दिया। करियप्पा sir की उदारता दयालुता इसी बात से दिखती हैं। अधिकारी के द्वारा सिपाही के प्रति प्रेम सुखद अहसास देता हैं। जय हिन्द जय भारत।

I have watched many news channels be it on TV or KZbin but they either seem to be pro government or anti-government. Most of them show the news as if it's a soap-opera. But till now whatever I have seen in ThePrint is way better then that (atleast in the shows I watch). I hope you carry on this work and tell us both the side of a news as you have done till now. BTW Ilanomics and Cut the Clutter 👌👌

First off, respects to the colonel. But, this is how you screw up a potentially great interview opportunity. How is it that she got such a wonderful speaker in the colonel and she messed up. She was stuck with searching for adjectives, superlatives and general no knowledge of the armed forces.
