Skyraider, T-28s, Mustangs yahooo!! In 1963 I recall seeing about 18 or 20 T-28s lined up at Davison AF in Virginia, and Pilatus turboprops doing what looked miraculous to me. I liked Army Aviation and ended my military tour as crewchief on a deadly Beech U8-F six place 1965 model pursuit craft, in Alaska. 🍷😃

Way back in the early 80's I was working offshore and doing crew change out of an airport near Aransas Pass, Texas. Helicopters take us from the rig to the shore and back and we were transported to a small airport nearby. There was a T-28 there that seemed to be flying almost every time we went through there. Loud but oh so sexy in the screaming yellow paint. Love to watch that plane fly. P.S. I was flying in and out on an old Convair 340 with the radial engines. Fire spitting, smoking, loud and beautiful radials.

Kinda a sad note, but at 37:03, that's Craig Hutain flying the CAF red nose Mustang...he was killed in the Wing Over Dallas crash in November last year. He was a great pilot.
