Hey! How was the over all move to Texas? Did you find housing prior to going or did you do it all once you got there? & how long was the process

I was a single soldier when I first got stationed in Texas so I was in the barracks. When we got married we first moved into an apartment off post. When we found out we were pregnant we asked for military housing and the process with them was so easy and they are really good people! The process for us was fairly quick and easy. We will be making a video on our experience soon!!

Girl you should have just moved into an apartment especially if all you needed was a two bedroom you could have saved a little bit extra on that bah. We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the northeast side 15 minutes from base and save like $300 of that bah. Lived here for over two years and never had a problem

We have been in 2 apartments previously and it was just too expensive for us since I’m a stay at home mom now. We even though about renting a house but we couldn’t find anything we loved
