Love this home gym set up! Simple, effective and lots of variety. Easy to get carried away and overcrowd the space. Great selection of equipment, I would personally have a lot of the same pieces in my home gym too. Just missing a set of rings ;) Thanks for sharing

Great gym of convenience for the ladies, but did you have to buy everything? I do appreciate the injury-prevention machines like the upright bench press. Also, don't worry about setting records with heavy, heavy weight. No one else will ever care whether you squatted 425 or 550. If you make it deep into middle age and older (without a dumb injury), you're going to find that lifting weights in your 50s and 60s feels fantastic; that is, feels better than ever. However, my life is littered with guys who were gym champions at deadlifts or other, only to hurt their back, tear a shoulder, have years of surgeries never to lift again. Hated seeing that. You'll have a good laugh in a few years when you start to whittle this stuff down to what you actually use that you don't need much of it. Or, just move to another house or city and then you'll really start making choices. Good luck! 😋
