Midnight in UTC(French initials for "Coordinated Universal Time") time(or military time) is actually written as "0:00," not "00:00."

Thank you so much, this video was very helpful! By the way, you sound a lot like Sandra Bullock. It may just be me but your voice reminded me of her haha.

Mmmmh… Most contries in the world don't use the am/pm distinction, so, basically, they already do that.

Pretty simple, just the whole clock with hours and minutes all in one number. 2459 the next minute is 0000

there is no real "standard time clock" where as the meridiem system was only provided to simplify the displaying of the day, The correct Timedisplay will only be 24h (day divided into 24 hours)!!! to provide errorfree correct displaying of the daytime ONLY 24hours clocks (numbergs or arrows) can deliver this method!!!

Then how can we tell specifically "0005 hrs" for an instance?
@imcole17448 жыл бұрын
Isn't that just 5 minutes past midnight? I may be wrong if someone would like to correct me.

+3hunna Bang Bng Oblock In civilian life, it's that simple. But to my knowledge, in military jargon, we can't use the phrases such as "x past y" or "quarter" and "half". I'm currently trying and choosing to say "zero oh five hours" without exactly knowing if it's correct.
