It’s the Israel Air Force who has the experience of using 5th Gen Aircraft bought from another country to wack ground target (uranium enrichment plant / nuclear power plant) in an airspace of another country all during peace time. And they can do it on a regular basis always with success.

If my memory serves me correctly it was the Greek Air Force that scored and locked on to a F 22 Raptor with a F-16 and was the only Air Force to ever have such success!!
