When I was younger I used to Volunteer for everything, one Job was taking a signal, one single envelope on a 400 mile round trip. Our troop sergeant used to tell us when he asked for a Volunteer what the Job was, one day it was a real shitty Job and I never Volunteered but because I usually Volunteered the Sergeant picked someone else or he would have lost a guy who normally Volunteered, I did loads of cracking Jobs getting you out of your normal days work. You'll often hear guy's say, "Never Volunteer for anything" but listen to an old timer and Volunteer.

I've only every worked in office environments and my experience of colleagues who consume lots of energy drinks is that they behave erratically and are irritable. It also suggests that other things are going on. That may or may not be the case but that's the message people pick up on. This video has great advice for any young professional. With respect to cars you learn quickly that a super car is any car that runs. Older cars have their own charm and less things to go wrong. And saving for a deposit. Start that from day one. Even if you are only saving £50 a month it soon adds up. I wish I'd started saving earlier in my career.

Honestly id say car loans AND mortgages are both big no’s. Unless you have a wifey at home that you’re tryna house ofc. Buy income wielding assets while you’re young. Having £2000 passive income from reits or dividend stocks and living/ travelling in foreign countries all while you’re young is absolutely achievable. Owning a home won’t bring any more happiness than retiring on the doll.

@MilitaryFitness Жыл бұрын
So your advice is to buy a car from 74 wait 50 years then sell it?
@davidfinch7810 Жыл бұрын
@@MilitaryFitness No, that's ridiculous, if I could buy this in 1974, i'd be better off using my time machine for other things. My point was, you can buy "nice" cars,if you buy the right ones, you will never lose money and cars can be the best possible investment going. My R32 GTR and my Supra Twin turbo (both bought below £8000 as a 17 year old private) would be good proof of this as well, Both are worth a fortune now. I bought my Camaro about 4/5 years ago, needing a little work, put the time and 2-3k parts/paint in and you make a fantastic profit when you choose to sell up (minus capital gains tax, obviously).
