I remember the first time I went to this event, I was thinking something very similar. I'm just blown away by the creativity and use of the supplies put into each of these. I'd be so afraid of sinking the second I got on one of the milk carton boats or having it all come apart in the middle of the pond and needing rescue. LOL

Pete would probably enjoy doing this, me not so much! I don't do well on water. I enjoy watching and cheering on my favorites and am just amazed at the talent and skills that go into each of these.

This is crazy funny! When you first said milk carton race, I was thinking that people just take one milk carton each and set them in the water to see which one will float to the other end first. Kind of like the little duck's people buy for charity and then they throw them in the river downstream and watch the current pull them to the finish line. These though are really so inventive, and I can't believe how they actually get on them and row them. I wonder if they try them out beforehand to make sure that they don't sink. This is so cute!! I would definitely be going to this every year!

This is so much fun to watch in person and to see the creativity that went into each build. The little duck floats sounds fun too, I would love to see something like that someday.
