so sorry about your milk. if anyone i know, you have really done everything. i hear people say they have tried everything and sometimes i think "have you really", but in your case i really really know you have tried everything. i am so sorry. but at least you can make him solids now. you gave him all the breastmilk you could and that makes a world of diffirence for his immune system. every drop counts. you are such a good mommy, Jackson is blessed!

I had milk supply issues too and was worried about trying Reglan for all the reasons you said. Reglan blocks seratonin in your brain. Seratonin is a happy neurotransmitter so now the balance is all off so you may need to go on an anti anxiety/depressant for a bit just to restore the balance that the reglan messed up. I am so sorry for the struggle with milk supply that you went through. I can totally empathize.

+SweetEpiphanies I had to start Lexapro to rebalance everything. It was definitely the Reglan. I went down hill so fast it was crazy.

You are an awesome momma and wife :) I love to hear Jackson giggle and talk. He is just too darn adorable. I know what you mean about feeling tired all the time, this is me on the weekend. I sleep and lay around all weekend because nothing sounds enjoyable but sleep. I hope you're feeling better day by day and that you and your family are doing well. Blessings and soft hugs.

I'm sorry your milk dried up. -hugs- I have pretty bad OCD (diagnosed a few years ago) and it really does drain me and causes anxiety. Thanks for bringing some attention to the disorder and especially about the less talked about part about the intrusive thoughts. I hope your symptoms get less and you can feel more pleasant again. I also wanna say that I love how goofy you are in your dollar tree videos etc. Your recent video of showing Jackson's Christmas gifts made me laugh so much. First good laugh I had actually had in a while - so thank you. I hope you can feel better soon - depression, OCD, anxiety it's all so difficult. You're a tough mama!

+bellavita rox thank you so much! Intrusive thoughts is definitely not talked about enough, I think because those of us that suffer with it do not want the stigma that comes along with it. People who do not understand its something we would never do or thoughts we do not want to have get freaked out when we talk about them.

My heart goes out to you so much with this video and for several different reasons! I know it probably sounds strange but I feel a connection to you because I suffer from several of the same things so I know how you feel. You go above and beyond on everything for Jackson and that makes you a fantastic mother! The haters can step aside because I love seeing your personality in the videos and Jackson's as well........He has the cutest laugh ever

Darlin you are such an excellent mother.....just the best a mother can be. It's been a long and winding journey for you since tater tot came into the world. Combine that with the medicine and the Fibro (which brings chronic fatigue) not to mention having an infant to keep up with....you can't help but be exhausted!!! God bless you .....it's going to get better I just know it! Love n hugs oxo :) P.S...I love to watch him eat from a spoon..so cute!

Heather🌹💕, sorry about your milk. It does happen, but think of all the months, that Jackson did get to nurse. He got a lot of good stuff from your milk. My baby loved peas when he first ate lol. Jackson, is the happiest, smiliest baby ever. He melts my heart. I'm sorry that you are having to go through more things hun. You and Jackson have gone through so much. Last yr my friend was taking that med and weaned of properly and went into a deep depression. She was tired all the time and I would help with the baby so she could rest. I know when I went into a depression out of the blue, it was scarey because a lot of things I loved, I lost interest in, like gardening, book scrapping, going out, etc. The Dr said he thought my thyroid issues and meds may have caused this. I'm doing better, but it can be hard to dig deep to get out of that dark hole. Your looking awesome Heather, and your smile brightens up the room. Sending lots of love, light and positive prayers, that you will get all these health issues resolved and can move forward, feeling a lot better. I also pray that your energy level will return to the normal range. I totally have no energy at all, right now. I had 9 big flares since March. I noticed with me when depressed, or have low energy, my flares hurt more and last longer. It sucks not feeling really good everyday and it does make life much harder to get through. I used to get all my housework done in an hour, now it takes almost 3 hours. However, the housework can wait, time for you to rest with Jackson and do things when you feel up to it. Your doing quite well Heather, with a new baby 2 fur babies, a hubby and a house, you are doing a fantastic job💕Take care and have fun at the Pumpkin Patch. I bet Liam and Jackson will love that🎈🎈❤❤. Ilysvm, my friend🌹💕💕.

I'm in the process of trying to boost my milk supply. I'm 5 weeks pp and I have never produced enough to keep up with my son. It seems like no matter what I do, it's not enough, it's not positively affecting my supply. I know you were having blood pressure issues, were you ever on Hydrochlorothiazide? I'm on that and Labetalol, still, because my BP hasn't evened out after delivering my son, and even though both medications are safe for breastfeeding, I'm wondering if the Hydrochlorothiazide is affecting my supply since it is essentially a diuretic. I'm paranoid that it's getting rid of the extra water I need to help produce milk. :( it's upsetting because my big plan was to exclusively breastfeed my son and the circumstances of my delivery and the first days after have really fucked it all up for me :(

Have you ever tried going fully raw? Ive seen many people who have gone fully raw and got rid of several allergies and diseases. For example, fullyrawkristina. In addition, theres this nutritionist called karen hurd who specializes in curing diseases like chronz and fibromalaygia through food. She has changed my life. I really hope you give her a call and see her suggestions. Hope you feel better!
