Biscuit:
Eggs - 5 pcs
Salt pinch
Sugar - 150 grams
Flour - 85 grams
Cocoa - 40 grams
Corn starch - 30 grams
Ganache:
Milk chocolate - 170 grams
Cream 33% - 170 grams
Mousse:
White chocolate - 160 grams
Milk - 90 ml
Butter - 30 grams
Gelatin - 10 grams + water - 50 ml
Cream 33% - 300 ml
Ganache for coating:
Chocolate - 110 grams
Cream 33% - 150 grams

Thank u for the lovely cake, can i ask you, did you add the melk to the white chocolate warm or hot? Because of the gelatine to avoid lumps.what did you do. Because i have a problem with it when i add the gelstine
