Hello Everyone,

I am thrilled to share that 2025 is my year of travel! My first adventure begins in Austria, where I will be living with a local family, immersing myself in their traditions and way of life, and working with sheep-yes, even milking them!

Evening Eleanor, finally got the roof watertight I love cow's milk, blue full fat, and raw. I use loads of butter and cheese, not a lover of yogurts mind. I've tried goat, not impressed with goats cheese, really strong flavour. However I have never tried sheep's milk or byproducts, so thank you for opening up that option.
