I'm sure that other driver at the mini around about at 13:31 failed for not giving way to the mini, the approach appears really fast, I'm surprised the mini stopped in time.

I have practiced my manouvers in that car park and hit the pole when was doing reverse parking , I lifted my foot from clutch without putting car in neutral ,what a shame

No, still one manoeuvre. The emergency stop is not classed as a reverse manoeuvre. Hope that helps.
