The stage was most probably made of very thin polished stainless steel sheets that we would call in “mirror finish” in architecture/construction. You could actually see the squares of each sheet from some of the angles when zoomed out. Up close it looks frosted probably from the dirt and dust from their shoes (think sorta of how we get like fingerprint oil smudges on glass screens etc.). This material is actually sometimes used as alternative to glass mirrors for being much less delicate and easier to maintain.

The me was shot at a quarry in Korea. The stage that looked like ice was built with panels of plexiglass. It was very cold where they were, and the frosted effect was actual snow.

pretty sure ( and I know nothing about video making but I do work in theatre and I've seen this video 100+ times) that they built around the platform and then put a reflective sheet ( think a heavy-duty table cloth only stapled down) on top of it because if you look closely you can still see the square fold lines on the surface

They really mean business even at the young age. Like No More Dream, Just One Day, Danger, War of Hormones, Bapsae or Silver Spoon, Spring Day (this has a deeper meaning MV).
