4 years? The possession date is December 2023, how is that 4 years? Regarding connectivity, the road is already sanctioned, also there are TWO HUGE Kohinoor schemes near this project and thousands of people will be shifting there by next month itself. Don’t make negative comments without knowing all the facts!

@@swaroopwagle2756 I bought it for 66 lakhs in December 2022, I will be getting possession next month (Feb 2024). I think all units are sold out now. Location: .4km from Aundh-Ravet BRTS road, just next to Kohinoor Sapphire project.
