I’ve ran an 800 and a 280dx and I loved them both. Very versatile, very smooth. I hope it holds up as long as the old syncrowave did.🤞🏻 Thanks for watching!

Beautiful new TIG machine! I looked at it's little brother (the new Dynasty 210) at the PRI Show in Indy last month and almost wrote a check on the spot. Don't do much heavier TIG work ( over 3/8") so it should work out fine. Any pros or cons you'd wish to pass along would be appreciated.

Thanks! I will definitely pass along any feedback I have on the Dynasty. Thanks for watching!

Congrats on the new Miller Dynasty. I bleed blue in my shop as well and bought one of the first Dynasty DX300 Tigrunners when they came out back in mid-2000's and have enjoyed it. I also switched to the cordless foot pedal about 12 years or so ago and it was a game changer. Mine is the older first gen though and yours looks much different than mine. I also switched over to the CK Worldwide Flex-Loc 230 torch about 6 years ago and love the versatility of the Flex-Loc much more than the flex head I had prior. Enjoy it. Mike

Thank you! Once you’ve ran a Dynasty, it’s hard to dream about having any other machine. I feel very blessed to have one. The first one I ever ran was probably the First generation, just like you have. Awesome machine. I will have to look into the flex-loc torches. Don’t think I’ve used one of those. Just the regular flex neck. Thanks for the info, and thanks for watching!

man, that's a beautiful machine!! I runner a older Dynasty 200 at my work . I love my sysncrowave I have for my side business but one day i will have a dynasty at home.

When you were talking about doing your bushings, you mentioned that you adjusted the half nut? Maybe just a slip of a tongue, I could sure see myself making a lot of verbal mistakes. If I was trying to make one of these videos, I do it enough without making the video,you’re gonna like that new welder, that’s on my next year list, I’ve been running a Lincoln Square wave for the past 15 years and it’s time for a new welder🤠
@Freedomfabrication7779 ай бұрын
I just assumed it was a half-nut adjustment because a lot of the older machines I’ve worked with use a half-nut type of adjustment. I was in the same situation with my syncrowave, and I just couldn’t do it anymore, so I pulled the trigger. Gonna be awesome! Thanks for watching!

I felt your frustration with that little gusset. I make conveyor skirt panels and have to deal with hundreds of those little buggers. You do good work from me here in Western Australia👍

Not knocking Miller by any means but I've been using a OTC Tig welder and it's been one of the best welders I've never heard of does anyone know anything about them 🤔
@Freedomfabrication77728 күн бұрын
@@billyhagerman4739 I’ve never heard of them, but I just looked them up. Never seen one either. There are a lot of good welders out there, But it’s like what kind of truck you drive. They are all capable of getting the job done, but everyone has a preference. Thanks for watching!

@Freedomfabrication7779 ай бұрын
I think Millers in general are expensive to repair, but I also feel like they are more reliable, and they are built with better components than most other brands IMO. And if you’re gonna be a bear, be a grizzly. Thanks for watching!

See if you can talk them out of the gusset if you get the green light for production.... at least let them pay for you to 'get jiggy with it'...🤣
