watched this video years ago and I could hardly do anything in it. now im doing nearly everything! got full in half outs and full in back outs! and can do full in full outs in to a pit! great progressions and inspiration!

doing well! its hard getting through whole routines when your really tired. but training is going well and i'm always a little excited finishing a video (okay a lot excited) especially if i think the video is funny. how about there? i'm working almost the exact same optional. yours was really nice!

i watched it again with a friend and she voted justice for full in rudi out and miller. maybe in the next video ann and i should do synchro level 5-10 non-stop as low and bad as we can. logan watched us at open gym and didn't know what to say cuz it was totally awesome!!!

a miller can be phased as any triple twisting double sault, generally excluding half in randy out and double and a half in half out. hence, rudy in rudy out, full in double out, and double in full out would all be classified as the same skill. this is because it is too difficult for difficulty judges to decide between the different phasings. this means to do more than 1 miller in a routine they must be different shapes.

yes. always practice on the trampoline first. its much safer that way. get a good layout on the tumbling thingy.

generally excluding half in randy out and double and a half in half out. Wayne Miller originally performed miller as double and a half in half out. so, im pretty sure it is usually counted...

Can I just ask you guys how you learned a full cody?? I'm trying to learn at the moment by doing a half twist over to my back, and progressing from there, but I keeep twisting too early. Any advice??

there were 2 parts to vote. on the first part i vote justice and then on the second part i vote neil. he has really good form. on the first part before you did the real trick(prep) i thought that was the skill.

the last was not a miller it was a rudy in rudy out not twisted one in 1. and 2 in second it was 1,5 in first and 1,5 in second :D thats not the same :D
