To make this millet cake a vegan cake replace the butter with any neutral oil.
Ingredients:
250 grams apple
1 tbsp gond
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
2 tbsp melted butter
3 + 1 tbsp sugar/jaggery
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1+1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup sorghum flour
1/4 cup amaranth flour
2 tbsp water
