Ma'am a Small suggestion: The Kodo millet used in the video seems to be white in color might have been undergone a polish... Unpolished ones usually are very dark similar to clay like color..

U can dry roast it and then soak for 30minutes. Dry roasting will remove the anti nutrients in some millets.

@@saranpatel1114 nope as per the experts the millets had to be soaked for six hours for release of phytic acid and absorption of nutrients. You can do your own research on that

Wrong information.. She has told 4 cups of water but even if we put e cups of water the pongal is full watery.. Please dont follow her instructions.. Waste of time
