Content creation can really ruin your life because it is so much work. The same thing happened to me. 3 months of doctor visits, emergency room visits, panic attacks. Got into a deep dark hole of depression and anxiety and I took more than 2 years off because I was worried I would go through the same. Working on it right now but I don't want to fall into that dark hole and I want to enjoy my life!!

Holy cow, you've blown my mind. I feel like I'm a pretty organized person, but I didn't realize how much I was letting my fear of: what if it doesn't work out? - get in my way. Watching your video has given me the process and structure that I need so I can just follow it, commit to it and see what happens. I was letting my fear stop me from getting organized enough to create content. But you've laid out so clearly how to just plug in and go - that there's no more excuses. I can see how I was letting my fear be bigger than me. I feel like I can trust the process with this, uh, process lol that you've given us. Just time to execute and have fun!
