I've lived on Guntersville lake my whole life and will always be home to me. GTO is the best bait and tackle shop if you ask me. Wish I could've met everyone. Been watching your videos for several years now and I've dreamed about being a pro fisherman since the first fishing trip with my grandfather as a youngster. I'm a huge fan and I absolutely love fishing. Can't wait for the next video

Love Guntersville fishing! I live 10 minutes from wheeler and Wilson but I’d drive two hours in a blizzard to go to guntersville over either of the others. Smith ain’t even in the running for me lol. I’d go to cedar lake before I go to smith.

I can catch 15-16 out of cedar at night right now. 😂 Upper Bear too. The spots are about as abundant on Cedar and on Bear Creek bigger than smith. I’m farther down Pickwick but.. You’re missing out on some great smallmouth on Wilson if you’re not there at certain times though. I’m the same way with G… I always do a big bass bash on G but there’s only certain times of the year when I really want to be there. Good thing it’s not when the big smallies are on down here. 😂😂

I love cedar but I kinda gravitated toward other places for a while when it got so infested with 12 inch spots. Lol. I won an event back in the spring with 18lbs though all spots. Not on Guntersville. He hasn’t been catching em his best I agree but neither has really anyone except during the early months when it was still cold and big fish are easy to catch. But he has been off his game or just fishing places he is NOT familiar with regionally. You have to know your area well to know how to catch the fish in your area.
