Great recording of this Banshee. I've always wanted to get some footage of it. Anyways here is some information. This siren blasts everyday at Noon and 6pm. However, Tuscola County does a monthly siren test for all county sirens the first Wednesday of the month at 10am. The next schedule test is September 6th. I don't know if they test all year long or just during the warmer months. If weather is looking rough that specific day they may either postpone till later in the day or even a different day.
