Aww. I feel that way a lot of times too. Like I didn't necessarily do something wrong or different from what I usually do, but I just feel down and guilty for no apparent reason. You just have to remind yourself that you didn't do anything wrong, pick yourself up from that rut and find things that make you happy/put you in a good mood. If you did do something wrong, own up to it and face it so you could move forward. If (to your awareness) you did nothing wrong, then just work to make yourself feel better. That's what I do when I'm in that situation. Anyhow, I'm glad this mashup made you feel better. Keep on fighting and stay strong!
