this quiz show should return to the U.S. (on either NBC, ABC, CBS or FOX), but with the show title "The Million Dollar Drop" and the UK red graphics (I really hate the bluish graphics they did in late 2010) following the original UK format.

Yeah, can't help but wonder if it might have fared better sticking to the original look and format.

Yeah, instead of the grammatically incorrect “Million Dollar Money Drop”

Thanks very much! I had a go at adding LIVE in post but the background was too bright, and no way was I rendering again :P

What's next? Million Pound Money Drop (USA-style)?
@andimuhammadrifkialqadri40016 ай бұрын
hopefully not. I don't like the U.S. graphics.

@@andimuhammadrifkialqadri4001 Well that's your preference, but I also love their US theme music which is composed by "ispy music" because here in the Philippines we also have a gameshow called "The Million Peso Money Drop" (aired on TV5) which uses the USA graphics and music; and it's hosted Vic Sotto who hosted "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" on TV5 and "Boom!" a quiz show segment for "Eat Bulaga!".

@@andreelpedes7523 honestly, all Money Drop versions should have adopted UK graphics and format only. even the US should have not made their own

You have an error here, it's supposed to be a $100 banknote not a $50 banknote in the intro, because in every "Money Drop" intro it has to be a higher banknote for example: in the Philippine version, they used ₱1,000 banknote in the intro because it's the highest banknote.
@andimuhammadrifkialqadri40016 ай бұрын
but the Aussie version uses $20 banknote, not $50 nor $100.

Something similar happens in the Sri Lankan version where the title sequence shows Rs. 5,000 notes even though they use a lower denomination for the real bundles.

They use the banknotes they use in the real set's cash bundles. Like how in the UK, we used £50 in the logo because we used £50 for the set (and also because the reddish tint coupled well with the red graphics, although its more likely it was inpired the other way round.)
