Yea I am sure that is what people said when a house worth 100 MILLION FIRST sold, years ago. There will always be someone willing to pay for a property. There are no shortage of Billionaires that could easily afford this house as well, and I would not be surprised if some of them would love the flex of being able to say "Bey and Jay used to own this house".

That house is ridiculously no one needs that much space, how are you going to build unity and love and communication and bonding in a home that big you can't, and I can't understand why Jay-Z or Beyonce we went home that big, I come from a middle-class family and as my mother said the bigger than home the the distance the people are in the home, and she said most of his first show we had a swimming pool we had a game room I mean it was nice I can entertain myself in the house all weekend and never leave then my brother he has like a mini-mansion there's only three of them so when I go to the house he's downstairs the wife is upstairs in the kitchen or in her office space and the Sun is upstairs in the room never eaten in the formal dining room never eaten never sit in the living room and that's because they have a beak like mini kitchen or mini dining.set one side of the kitchen it's crazy and then they have to have a remote to put the blinds up and down comments of the house I grew up in was 3050 square footage, so if you think I'm hating I'm not I'm just saying it's just too much space you heard 50 cent speak about Mike Tyson's house it really is

What you guys never seem to understand is that investing in real estate is ALWAYS a wise decision. Let's say between them they were worth only 900k, like actually have 900k sitting in their bank account. If they take 200k of that and put it into real estate it is a wise decision because over time, the equity in their home will build and they can turn around years later and sell that 200k house for 250k or 300k. For a lot of the super wealthy, aside from investments in stocks, bonds and other financial products, parking money in real estate is also another wise option, because real estate tend to APPRECIATE IN VALUE OVER TIME. Even if you are not outrageously rich as they are, it would STILL be wise to put money into real estate, if you can. It is not always about needing a big house, they have several houses all of which I am sure are smaller than this one. I know that they have another mansion in CA, that is worth around 88 mil.
