What do you get whena powerful brand 'MEATS' a powerful salesperson/comfort advisor? Apparently 3 separate million dollar months from Marc Van Valen - he talks about what he's taken from Jason Walker and they discuss staying uncomfortable as a personal growth strategy.
I hope to have more meat sweat interviews in the future - so if someone wants to take me to a brazilian steakhouse, let me know.

To be clear $22k average ticket at 8.4 million dollars is almost 800 sales calls per year with a close rate of 50% as he claimed is closing 385 sales calls all at $22k per sale. Wake up people Jason never shows numbers and it’s all a gimmick, he’s not a good sales trainer because he doesn’t know the “why” to what he’s half ass teaching people and the GRAND numbers he keeps spouting and he has other people spouting is just ridiculous and those of you in Hvac watching this should know better. That salesmen is claiming to make $700k a year at that rate. NexGen has 77 employees in 2024 they did $25 million in sales this guy claims to account for 1/3 the companies revenue when there are 5 to 6 comfort advisors selling. Don’t be fooled by this.

This is false. I’m a nexgen employee work together with mark he is my pm and he is possibly 1/3 of revenue .

My numbers are real. 50% close is understating reality. I run every appointment put on my board without judging the call. I walk in clean, without bias looking to help my customer and depending on the findings, repairs first. How we track close%, average ticket etc is unique to us and not intended to impress anyone outside of the organization. I’m only responding because someone will see this and think why not me until they read your comment spoken with authority yet in fact you don’t know shit about anything. If you doubt my accomplishments, maybe do some basic research and reach out to me. As you can see I’m an open book. I’ll share whatever I know to whomever is willing to learn. There’s no secret, I work hard and I have a deadly consistent process that has been refined for some time now. Fun fact I finished 2nd in the nation across all trades in the Wrench Group for 2023. I’m disappointed because I had an off year. I dare you to do better. If you can, unlike you I will cheer you on. Your success is not my failure and unlike you I look to elevate not tear down. Not to knock him but 50% is decent but not spectacular.. Tho 22,000 avg ticket is 🔥🔥 And for your second point the best comfort advisor(s) at a company are always a massive percentage of the revenue.
