Wealth is controlled by the wealthy. Dubai has like 80% of its citizens controlling 20% of the wealth whereas the US has 1% controlling 34%. It's not that Dubai is "goated", it's just structured in a way where wealth control and distribution is not so skewed away from the majority of the populace. It's not rocket science, though I don't know why I'm explaining this to you when you probably already know this 😂

@@Mr_Jish you missed the point the the difference is in dubai even less paying jobs and not as well off prople can also live very decent lifestyle. Even guys who drive taxis make good money plus the law enforcement is very strict hence there is very low crime rate. In the us and europe you have enormous wealth but due to crime and robbery you cant really enjoy your wealth to the fullest

I don't know what it is, but the nature of the people is peaceful. Even the prophet Mohammed was accepted and welcomed without a fight unlike other Arab regions when they started wars.
