It’s a newly built home. High end Mansions are designed to be as marketable as possible, but if you want you can turn them into what you want

who would want to? that is devoid of any character, there was a tour of a house on AD that costed 350k per month to rent. that was huge but it had character and the design n the interiors were really nice and the shape of the house was unique

I feel like after a certain amount of money, there's not anything actually functional to add to a person's home to make their life easier. So they start adding weird specific things that probably only the person who built it would like.

that's my struggle when i build huge homes on the sims. i wish there was more outside landscaping (like you said), a pool with more of a water playground (slides or splash zones cuz why not!), and definitely need more art at this point. i hope they decorate some rooms to be cozier. that's what truly brings a good mood to a room!

I agree. Sorry to say this Graham, but your selfproclaimed frugal lifestyle is in contradiction to this extravagance, and your fascination with wealth and possessions is getting creepy. Antilia was never on sale, is just speculation around 1bilion in case will be for sale, but this amount not result the investition on what you get for money, is like you try to sell Buckingham palace, and that my friend you can ask whatever you like for it. I hope you get the point with Antilia

this house does nothing for me, it's so sterile, wasteful and not really functional... i'd be afraid to even breathe there.. but Graham's commentary was on point, hahah it's so relatable. The only thing i loved is the landscape, yards and greenery, TO HAVE A MILLION DOGS hehe

All the unfinished stuff you see in the videos is unfinished because the money stopped flowing, and all his grandiose dreams are just that - dreams. He's just publicizing it to get people to invest in one last scheme before he loses it all. Go watch the 3rd video on the original channel - he wants people to invest in his events company which is going to hold PPV boxing events at this house, and it's "going to change the world". Guy is completely coked out of his mind, and insane on top of that!

He's actually pretty much broke now. He borrowed the money to build the house and he's late on payments. He had to put the house on the market for $350m otherwise his lenders would forclose on him.

In my opinion: Just a lot of empty space... Rather have a smaller villa with some nice nature in and around it as a dreamhouse. Location is nice though.

I did some looking around... The house appears to be listed for $340,000,000, not the $500,000,000 he was hoping for and as of March 2021 is at the brink of foreclosure, having received a notice of default. It also appears that he's relying on "influencers" to make the sale. Apparently on a google sheets doc, he requests people's name, email, phone, "influencer saw it from" and proof of funds.

FYI, the media racks alone are LARGER than what is used in a 50,000-watt clear channel AM radio station or stand-alone TV station! Best use for property as a private retreat/spa & commercial use for pay-per-view, show case premieres and related. The problem is that it is in a residential area, and you can be SURE the neighbors will not want that property zoned for any type of commercial activity.
