To be fair that was like his main sellingpoint at the beginning! Saying they're going to do crazy things, host crazy parties, boxing matches and shit, then comparing it to all those actual venues and arenas. x) It indeed just looks like a messy mishmash of a hotel/lobby/nightclub/lobby/flex/lobby and very, very much something you wouldn't want to live in. Just look at the outdoor kitchen. HUGE. Enough room for 12chefs that could cook for 500people but I did not see any space like walk in freezers to actually store the produce. Instead they have to keep the things in the drawers/coolers in the kitchen itself and make sure to use all product every day lest let it rot.
