After watching more of ProducerMichael's videos I realized that the reason he said he's never walked on grass might be because he never wants to walk on any of the real lawns in his house tours - not that he's never walked on grass before in his entire life. But either way, his videos are actually pretty entertaining because it's like watching Austin Powers explore mansions. He's like a big kid and is just enthused by everything lol.

It was funny that the interviewer asked the owner, "so do you ever get lost in this house?" And he says that "I have walked through it so many times I cant, basically." And after they have been outside, the interviewer asks about how many elevators there are, the owner ESTIMATES there to be "maybe six elevators", indicating that he doesnt even know that about the house, he so much felt home inside. This dude cant be living there. I dont buy that, and I wouldnt buy this house.

That's pretty much why all incredibly expensive mansions are made. They're designed to be leased out to rich people/celebrities for events/parties.

To be fair that was like his main sellingpoint at the beginning! Saying they're going to do crazy things, host crazy parties, boxing matches and shit, then comparing it to all those actual venues and arenas. x) It indeed just looks like a messy mishmash of a hotel/lobby/nightclub/lobby/flex/lobby and very, very much something you wouldn't want to live in. Just look at the outdoor kitchen. HUGE. Enough room for 12chefs that could cook for 500people but I did not see any space like walk in freezers to actually store the produce. Instead they have to keep the things in the drawers/coolers in the kitchen itself and make sure to use all product every day lest let it rot. Damn this was brutal, also this house recently dropped in price enormously because it was never gonna sell. Nile declared bankruptcy also.

I came back to this video after watching "Loot" on apple tv, the main character mansion is that one with the flowers and rotating statue lol so I went to check how the house is now, it was auctioned for 126 million dollars.
