I think some of the things he says are over the top for example I do love some flavors on expensive coffee which would take me almost 30 minutes to prepare and I would earn like 20-30 dollars in those 30 minutes if I could just get the coffee from the neighborhood and sit at my desk enjoying it while working.

Yeah, a wealthy family friend who's now passed would spend $30K cash on a new Corvette back in the 80s and not blink an eye yet make his wife and kids split entrees at Shoney's (one would eat the entree, one the salad, etc). Then he wouldn't tip! Drove my parents nuts.

His houses are investments and he gets returns on them as he rents them out. The place he lives in pays for itself because it’s a duplex and the other person’s rent pays for his bills too. And the watch was a sentimental thing because of his grandad and he could easily sell it for more than he purchased it for because there was a very limited number of them sold.

i have to say that watching the graham stephan show gives me untold levels of joy when he brings up something ridiculous about his frugality. things like "the only sunglasses i own i found in a rental car". or him opening up his fridge only to reveal a dozen of eggs, some ham and cheese, and iced coffee. nothing else. makes the millionaire lifestyle feel more relatable.

I like how he brought up how much she's making. Often it seems like Graham is focused on how much you can save, but if she's actually just making more money by doing a trader joes haul that is where to focus your energy. The money from that video alone invested > money from a coffee invested.

Learned how to do my own manicure, its not really that expensive to do it yourself. The most expensive thing is polish, but polish can last up to 2 years in the bottle. Metal or Glass Nail file can also last years, so overtime the costs for a manicure is like 20 cents. Graham time for a 20 cent manicure to go with the iced coffee.

Sydney Cummings posts a workout everyday on you tube and it's free! She does the workout herself everyday at 5am her time it varies with cardio and weights and goes anywhere between 30-60 min.. absolutely love it!

11:32 Hold up, pump the brakes. You can get store brand Acetaminophen, Aspirin, or ibuprofen for dirt cheap compared to name brands. Also, a ten pack of Ivory bar soap can be found for about $4. There is no reason that the trip needed to cost more than $5-6.
