Very nice home. Can you imagine the original owners as they come home from work and/or school, how pleased they were to cook, clean run in the back yard? Amazing! Thank you for sharing 🙏🏾

Thanks for the video. Real nice house in its day. I don't think you've shown a house with that many skylights that don't appear to be leaking. I think that lamp shade in the closet was capriz shell. 👍

That was a very nice house, I didn’t see any mold at all! What a shame it has to be torn down

I love the living room and the kitchen. It's strange having two bathrooms in the basement.

I really like the house other than the ceilings and the carpet. I hate carpet and the ceilings are a pain to paint.

A really lovely example of a house from its era, shame it wasn't kept for historical purpose and maintained.

I don't see the fire truck. Kitchen looks cramped. The house only had two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms? Weird.

I believe baseboard heating has a thermostat for each room & they got Central Heat hence the floor vents which has one master Thermostat. At some point the baseboard heating was supposed to be a savings by only heating the room you're in.

Tear down that beautiful house to build some ugly thing with cold, grey walls/fake wood floors that looks like every other house on the market. Criminal.

I never never but never liked wood paneling inside a home, I ones rented an apartment, turn out I had millions of roaches in between walls HORRIBLE !!!!! Had to leave the place.. That Kitchen was antique but beautiful, loved that island with the chairs to call it that way, but it was nice.. rugs were and still isn’t something I would want for the floors.. back in the 70s I saw ppl apartments that had rugs on the walls, don’t know what they were thinking but back then ppl had wood panels and rugs with colorful paint rooms tru out the home..

This doesn’t look like 1,000,000 home. Maybe in that neighborhood. See Seems it would have more beds and baths. Also basement apartment could’ve been foe mil or college age adult kid to have their own space. I want the purple shower! Someone should salvage cool light fixtures and fire place. I could just picture orange or gold shag carpet in there !!! I like that wood in living room but brick is too dark. Too bad it torn down. Do they use the basement or fill it in and start over.

I think it would have been great to know the history of the home, etc., rather than just a pan around the house.....surely someone is either paying the taxes or given permission for it to be demolished....isn't that a part of the public record in Canada? More history/detail would really IMPROVE your videos......
