That looks far too high class and luxurious to be a biker hangout. I've been to biker hangouts, and none of them looked so fancy. The golf club carpeting and the sets of clubs in the basement make me think it may have been a golf and country club.

That place looks like a golf course club house. That diffenly aint no home. it has office spaces. And public bathrooms. Kitchen for guest. Its a nice space and would be a nice and big house if it wasent in such bad shape.

This was actually a golf and Country Club not a biker hangout and it was closed when it was supposed to be developed into townhouses but they canceled the plan. The one area which is on the other side of what you called a carport was actually the pro shop and the area on the main floor had a small Restaurant and Bar with office space upstairs. I was out here a few years back flying my drone and checking it out and it is nice to see it is still standing.

The coolest factory I've ever explored was Beardmore Tannery in Acton Ontario 🇨🇦 too bad it was demolished after a fire was started by kids back in 1998. Wow, time is flying by.

I bought the same kind of house in Saint John, NB. I call it the Victorian shack is almost identical condition as what you are walking through. My place was boarded up for for 10 years prior to when I bought it in May 2019. Yes very gross but still has potential to be revived. Hope you are wearing a face mask as the air is polluted with mold and dust. Happy trails !

Great bones, built when electric just started so one outlet & an overhead light in most rooms. Knob & toobing. Old coal shoot in basement cast iron door gone & now a widow. Or both widows were prolly coal shoot doors

Turn off water in the callar open all faucets and if you can find valve in the cellar open it drain into a bucket

Beautiful house. Shame they had to move. You'd think they would've been notified prior to building that the land wasn't able to withstand a house... I am mad about that kitchen, though. All the rooms were grand except for that.

Such a shame that house is damp and mouldy on the inside because otherwise it would be quite a nice place to live! Nice explore Owen and watch that Mould!

This is a GREAT PLACE!!!! LOVE the Kitchen, and the Wainscoting is just LOVELY!!!! Too bad there's sooooo MUCH DAMPNESS!!!! The Windows, I dare say, are ruined. My husband is a retired Glazier, so he'd probably say they would need to be replaced. And that Basement, OH MY GOODNESS!!!! The Mold is just TERRIBLE!!!! Thanks Again Urbex!!!! ALWAYS A DELIGHT!!!!
