If a bribe is done then both giver and receiver is guilty of a corrupt transaction and both should be arrested. No offence was committed but money given... Thats a gift or token. The policemen should hire good lawyers and sue the state if their services are terminated

Oh my God! I think its ok here at the road, they receive what ever you give, pls check at Jomokenyatta international airport, they surround, park as dogs and cause as much trouble as they can, in order to force you to pay bribes for an entry visa which you have already paid at the embassy before u came to Kenya, and if u don't have already that Visa, then you have to get ready to stretch your two hands at once, one for government fee and the other, for the officers salary. otherwise you can be accused for any existing crime on earth , but once you go through the migration, Kenya is the best of all Africa! and the best nation. And lastly I hope kenyans will fight against corruption one day, no matter how long it takes.

You want to go to the road spikes set up outside the police station in Mtwapa on the Mombasa Malindi highway you get stopped there by the police and have to pay the police. It has been set up by the corrupt police chief. Surveillance should be there. We often get stopped and have to pay along that road especially before Xmas just up from the prison.
