Really do not understand. Africa asks for military aid and willing to pay to China. Who on earth will reject earning the dollars pledged to boost China GDP ? If the west is losing stride in getting the military earning from African state, they need to seek strategy to reboot their goal as opposed to feeling sour. China had repeatedly asked US to stop arm sales to Taiwan yet was ignored. Good thing the south south corridor is giving China a greater headway to achieve more sales.

African countries don't need advanced military toys also. Chinese toys offer the best value for money. They can double the size of the purchase with the same amount of money. Also, Africans can buy Chinese toys using their local currencies, and China can in turn use the African currencies to buy African products and resources. Win-win lah! Ha ha ha!

If you are spending So much on infrastructure you would need a Strong military to protect these infrastructures. There will be more military cooperaions as China will help to train and provide weapons to African countries' militaries. Once again China wrote off some bad Debt for Kenya and other poorer countries, China lost money in developing the global South But the intention lies not in making money But in development, once Africa became the greatest middle income empire that is essential for future prosperity of China.
