I will choose to argue cuz i don't think it's right to end the conversation with 'oh they are subjected to the pressure too' and thus you will just ignore many specific situations with 'that's just a qualification problem'. Yet many people do face the 'similiar' pressure but that will just cover the every different scenario met by any single individuals and only by its combination, i mean in today's topic it's the black's combination with every single black's joint treated that will turn into the path to liberate the whole. And i don't quite agree with that there's better opportunity with better prepared man cuz especially like what the video is saying, there's always bias however the just and well-run the insitutation looks and thus when we're trying to look into it deeply and trying to receive a comprehensive perception in the subject of 'black' and trying to find way for the subject to toward future etc., i mean, rather than a shallow view, then we should never turn into ignorance even if it's subconcious. (i'm not trying to criticize and i mean they're trully real words with enlightenment to some extent and you know, it's just depends on the topic of conversation)
