1 cup soya Pour it 🔥 water Salt Soak for 15 min Take mix jar 4 cardamom 3-4 cloves 1 inch cinnamon 1/4 black pepper 6-7 garlic 1 inch ginger 1/2 bay leaf 2 onions 2 💚 chillies Grind to a smooth paste Squeeze the water after 15 min Heat 1 tbsp oil Add soaked soya 1/2 turmeric powder Toss for 1 min Separate the soya 4 tbsp oil 1 bay leaf 2 caramoms 1 inch cinnamon 2 silt green chillies 2 sprigs curry leaves Fry well Add the onion paste Fry until Oil floats Add 2 tomato paste Fry until Oil floats Salt 1/4 tbsp turmeric 1/2 garam masala 1 tbsp cumins 1 tbsp coriander powder 3 tbsp water Fry the masalas until Oil floats Add the roasted soya 1 cup water Toss well Chopped coriander Saute well
